Personalysis officially incorporated under the name Management Sciences, laying the foundation for its future success. As the company’s exciting evolution moved into business management, Management Sciences rebranded as Management Technologies (dba Manatech).

Personalysis reached new heights in 1980 with the launch of the groundbreaking Executive Leadership Program (ELP), while securing esteemed clients such as Dale Carnegie, Citi Bank, Cigna, Caterpillar, and the US Government, setting the stage for lasting impact. This decade also saw the first certification class and the computerization of the Colorgraph!

In a bold transformation, 1994 marked a defining moment as the company rebranded as Personalysis, unveiling a fresh new logo and the powerful tagline "We Know People", reinforcing its commitment to understanding human potential. The innovation continued with the launch of an interactive database and the introduction of a Training CD to accompany reports.

Leadership Transition & Expansion

The dawn of a new era arrived in 2000 as Mary and Jim Noland retired, paving the way for Kerry Farrell to take the helm as CEO. The momentum continued in 2006, marking a major milestone as Personalysis began offering Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) and expanding its impact with new training programs, including Coaching Using Personalysis and Giving and Receiving Feedback Using Personalysis.

Personalysis continued to expand its transformative training offerings in 2012 with the launch of the Addressing Negatives Training Program, followed by the Coping with Change, Stress, and Distress Training Program in 2013. In 2017, innovation soared with the launch of virtual certification and a new website, ushering in a new digital era for the company.

In a time of global challenge, Personalysis stepped up in 2020, offering free "Stress Less in the Mess" programs to support frontline health professionals during COVID-19, while also ushering in leadership changes with Adrienne McDunn taking the reins as CEO. That same year, the company strengthened its community with the launch of Roundtable Discussions for the Personalysis Practitioner Community. Embracing transformation, 2022 saw a brand refresh with a new logo and tagline: "Work Better, Together," along with an updated website relaunch, reinforcing the company’s modern identity.
