Windows app:
Download/install the app by using this link.
- Your username is your email address:
- The initial password is the word “password” (all lower case); you will have to choose a new password the first time you log on.
Your log-in for the Windows app will be disabled after six months of inactivity. Contact us at support@personalysis.com it you need it re-enabled.
Web (Including Mac/iOS Users):
Browse to https://personalysis-portal-blazor.azurewebsites.net The first time you access the site, you will have to select the “Sign up now” button to enroll and set your password.
Enter your email address, and click Send verification code:
An email from Microsoft will be sent to the email address with a verification code. Enter it in the Verification Code box, and click the Verify code button.
Enter a password of at least eight characters in the two fields, and click Create.
